Texas Flag Map (photo print)

The original version of Texas Flag Map was painted on a road map of Texas. Like my Colorado Flag, I didn't want to paint the flag like the original image, but wanted it to have more energy and movement. I traced out the design in pencil over the map then painted all the colors at the same time using a wet on wet technique that allowed the colors to mix and blend. I also sprayed the wet paints at the edges with a mister bottle and tilted the piece back and forth until I got the look I wanted. I made sure it was level and let it dry overnight. *Brian

Prints ship rolled up in a clear plastic bag secured with rubber bands inside a mailing tube. This is a standard sized print so it's easy to find a frame that will compliment the art and your decor.
