Purple, Rust and Patina Heart (canvas wrap)

Purple Rust and Patina Heart was the first heart I ever painted in this very popular series.  I used purple acrylic paints for the background then used acid oxidized copper and iron paints for the rust and patina colors to form the heart.  I like the idea of fire and water to express the often mercurial nature of love.  It has both copper and silver colored raised metal for the unique embellishment and is available in four sizes. * Brian

Purple Rust and Patina Heart  is a one of a kind hand embellished reproduction using our raised  “Molten Metals” process. This added dimension makes it look like the original but at a fraction of the cost. Printed on a ready to hang 1.5" deep canvas, the edges are gallery wrapped in black so there's no need to frame and it is ready to hang!

Due to the handcrafted nature of this artwork, each piece may have subtle differences.
